* If you are not contracted with this network, then your out-of-network claims will not be available to view. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-687-0500 for assistance. Repriced amount may not reflect actual payment received from client or client's payer due to adjudication of health benefit plan design. Claims processed at HealthSmart Preferred Care are posted into the Online Claims Status Website at 8:00 AM central time the day after the claims are processed. All claims may not be available for viewing through the Online Claims Status Website.
