The HealthSmart Payors Organization (HPO) Network is a national healthcare provider network consisting of directly contracted providers and affiliate networks that reduces medical expenses by contracting with hospitals, doctors and ancillary facilities across the United States. HPO now consists of 277,000 secondary providers practicing in over 476,000 locations.

HPO can produce out-of-network discounts that are significantly above the national average. Contracted providers agree to deliver services at a reduced rate for HealthSmart clients.
