The HealthSmart Wellness Advocate provides multi-week, action-oriented workshops based on individual risk. They are fully integrated into a single platform. We've designed the workshops to educate members and empower them to improve their health.

Each workshop leverages educational content, food logging, meal planning, exercise programs and other elements to achieve a weekly goal specific to a given risk.They bring all the aspects of wellness together and are enhanced by our one-on-one coaching.
