One Website Under the HealthSmart Name
HealthSmart welcomes customers of Interplan Health Group (IHG), Emerald Health Network (EHN) and HealthSmart Payors Organization (HPO) to healthsmart.com.
In the fall of 2007, HealthSmart, formerly The Parker Group, acquired the Interplan Health Group companies, which included Interplan Health Group (IHG), the Emerald Health Network (EHN), Preferred Plan, Inc. (PPI), Health Payors Organization (HPO) and Superien Health Network.
In the fall of 2008, we unveiled our new corporate identity as HealthSmart. Our rebranding became a visual representation of our intent to become a fully-integrated healthcare services company. We rebranded our company with a common HealthSmart identity across all product lines. Interplan Health Group became Interplan Health Group: A HealthSmart Network, Health Payors Organization became HealthSmart Payors Organization and so on.
The next step in our integration process is to publish one website — healthsmart.com — to better reflect our integrated approach to healthcare benefit services.
