HealthSmart Benefit Solutions is proud to provide healthcare claim administration and customer service for the Indiana University-sponsored IU Health Quality Partners Exclusive Provider Medical Plan. Medical case management and disease management are provided by IU Health; claim administration is provided by HealthSmart. Access to all of these healthcare benefit services is through HealthSmart Customer Service.
