California Workers' Compensation Medical Provider Network Management

Welcome to the HealthSmart Workers’ Compensation and Medical Provider Network (MPN) Management portal.
 

As you may be aware, there have been several legislative changes to the California workers’ compensation system through Senate Bill 863, which was passed by the California Legislature in 2012. As a result, through this website our contracted providers may:
 

• Submit confirmation or updates to address and other general practice information
• Acknowledge Workers’ Compensation participation
• Review HealthSmart’s MPN Client List
• Submit a request to HealthSmart to be removed from a HealthSmart MPN client’s MPN
